A new opportunity in our Nutrition and Food Service Dept. This is for someone who likes to see results happen and is willing to work hard to get there. A seasoned staff to work with, as well as room to learn new things.
Directs and supervises all activities of the tray line area of the department. Reports to the Trayline Manager.
High school diploma or equivalent required. At least a year of previous management experience required. Sufficient previous experience in food service and supervision preferred. Sufficient previous experience in food service/production preferred. Must be Safe Serve certified. Previous experience in healthcare preferred.
