Performs diagnostic medical procedures producing diagnostic medical radiographs. Reports to the charge radiographers.
Minimum Education- Associate's Degree or graduate of a radiologic technology program preferred.
Minimum Work Experience-Must demonstrate ability to recognize patients' individual needs based on medical conditions, age, limitations and planned procedures.
Required Licenses- [Mississippi, United States] Radiologic Technologists and Technicians
Maintains current Registry ARRT and State MS License.
PRN position with varying shifts and coverage responsibilities (ER, main department, and Ambulatory). Cerner knowledge is desirable. Flexibility of shifts is required. Experience in ER, Fluoroscopy, and routine radiological exams is desirable. Experience with DR equipment is desirable.
