Job Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordinating, and supervising of all activities related to end-user support and 24x7 onsite operational support of all systems and applications. Plans and manages the installation, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and upgrades of pc hardware and other peripheral devices and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. Assists in the development of program to triage and respond to support calls, to include initial troubleshooting, documentation, and resolution or referral, monitoring of the network, and system backups. Works closely with network and application support staff. 

Minimum Work Experience

Experience, certifications, or related courses may be accepted in lieu of degree. Management experience required. Previous hospital or healthcare experience preferred. Position requires successful work experience with various platforms, systems, operating systems, databases, hardware, and software applications. Must have an understanding of network infrastructure to include wireless. Expertise required in computer and peripheral hardware installation, maintenance, and support. Expertise required in network monitoring tools and remote access support. Must have excellent communication, customer service, public relations, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in computer technology field preferred.
