Works directly with patients to make referrals, appointments to other physician offices and facilities.
Minimum Education: High school graduate required; a college degree or medical certification is preferred.
Minimum Work Experience: Minimum of two years related experience in similar setting.
General knowledge of receiving and processing patient phone calls. Experience with obtaining pre-certifications, PA's and processing disability paperwork. Requires demonstration of positive customer service oriented attitude/behavior, effective verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Promotes culture of safety for patients and employees through proper identification, reporting, documentation, and prevention.
Maintains hospital standards for a clean and quiet patient environment to maintain a positive patient care experience.
