Job Summary

Responsible for the tactical planning, implementation and management of all business development initiatives to achieve the goals and objectives outlined in the Business Development Strategic Plan. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, the planning and management of new and existing business ventures to cultivate desired revenue growth for the hospital. Works extensively with the physician community to build and support good relationships. 

Qualifications

 

BA in business administration or other related field of study. Master’s Degree preferred in business administration, Health Care Administration or related field.

Three to five years experience in corporate wellness sales or medical/pharmaceutical sales.

Knowledge in computer systems and programs such as Microsoft Excel.  Possess data analysis skills and comfortable working with new tools. Strong interpersonal skills required to develop trust and rapport that are a necessary part of the sales process.  Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team that may include remotely located colleagues.
