Directs, supervises, develops and plans for the administrative and clincial operations within Women's Nursing Services to include Labor and Devlievery, Post partum, NICU, Gynecology and other areas as assigned. Reports to CNO.
BSN required. MSN preferred. Required enrollment in a Nursing Master's degree within 12 months of hire and award of degree with in 36 months of hire. Requires at least five years of inpatient hospital based nursing experience and at least two years of formal leadership experience. Proven track record as shown through metrics/results of effective management within a hospital/healthcare environment. Must have a current MS nursing license. Ability to recognize needed nursing care delivery to meet organizational strategic goals as well as state and federal regulations. Management and mathematical computational skills required.
